The Salt House

A beer connoisseur’s heaven

The Salthouse Bar is a rare find in a major city. With over 120 bottled craft beers from right around the world. Whether it’s IPA or Rauchbier we have it covered.

21 Taps of which at least 6 rotate, (sometimes we get carried away), and a cask engine which pours a new real ale every week! All this in a typical Irish setting; small, cosy pub, perched on Ravens Terrace over looking The Claddagh. A unique atmosphere for those who love their beers!

The Beer Market

Ireland's first Beer-Only bar!

the first dedicated beer-only bar in Ireland. Up to 90% of the beer on tap at Beer Market is not available anywhere else in Ireland. Beer Market serves only the finest craft beers from around the world, limited releases and pilot kit one-offs. It's a bar for anybody passionate about the quality of the beer they drink, and for those keen to expand their beer drinking horizons.

Four of our 20 taps serve traditional pints, with the remaining available as 33cl measures, largely on account of the beers' strength. Our friendly and knowledgable staff can guide you! Lines are cleaned after every keg to ensure each beer is enjoyed in tip-top condition.
